:
We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?
Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you're looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people's lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.
About Ford Credit & Billing Platform: The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to thousands of dealers and millions of customers in over one hundred countries around the world.
The Enterprise Billing Platform creates a unified billing experience by compiling data from multiple sources and generating reoccurring, consistent invoice templates for customers and downstream systems that includes itemized details of payments due and received as well as product/service information as applicable. The Billing Platform will support both Ford and Ford Credit globally including Ford Pro, Ford Blue, and Ford Model e initiatives.
The Opportunity: As a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Billing Platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of billing related initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-centric billing experiences.
As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above?
