Job Title: Overnight HOA Security Officer – Rancho Palos Verdes (11 PM to 7 AM Shift)
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and experienced security officer with prior HOA security experience for the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at a gated community in Rancho Palos Verdes. The overnight officer is responsible for maintaining community safety, securing amenities, and completing all nighttime patrol and reporting requirements in accordance with HOA protocols.
Overnight Duties Include:
- Monitoring late-night gate access and logging all visitor and resident entries.
- Checking for parking permits and issuing parking violations when necessary.
- Securing community amenities and ensuring all facilities are properly locked for the night.
- Conducting thorough property patrols throughout the shift, checking for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and HOA compliance issues.
- Taking required before-and-after photos using our reporting software.
- Documenting all patrols, incidents, and observations in detailed nightly reports.
- Enforcing all HOA security protocols with professionalism during quiet hours.
Requirements:
- Prior HOA security experience preferred.
- Strong communication, awareness, and nighttime observation skills.
- Ability to use reporting software and follow detailed logging procedures.
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Must be reliable for overnight scheduling.
