Salary:  $60,000 - $65,000 / year

This role oversees all culinary production operations, ensuring food is innovative, efficient, safe, and compliant with sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain high culinary standards across retail, board meals, dining, and catering.

• Train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence.

• Champion initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility, seasonality, wellness, and quality culinary execution.

• Analyze performance trends and implement operational improvements.

• Maintain full knowledge of daily menu items and accurately communicate details to guests.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (Culinary Degree preferred).

• 3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.

• Proven experience planning and managing catering events.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Deep understanding of culinary trends, food quality, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• ServSafe Certification required.
