Responsibilities/ What You'll Do

• • Data Entry Bookkeeping: Perform accurate data entry bookkeeping work for multiple clients to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Accounting Support: Provide support to accountants by assisting with bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and other financial processes.
• Assist in onboarding new clients: Help senior accountants onboard
• new clients and perform historical cleanups.
• Client Report Distribution: Send bookkeeping and financial reports to clients upon request, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Year-End Bookkeeping Projects: Assist with year-end bookkeeping tasks, including report preparation, making adjusting journal entries, tying out equity accounts and project completion under accountant supervision.
• Training Participation: Attend weekly training meetings to strengthen bookkeeping knowledge and stay aligned with company standards and best practices.

• Process ImprovementEfficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline bookkeeping processes, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.

• Team Supervision: Supervise Bookkeeper I team members, ensuring successful completion of their responsibilities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Who We're Looking For / Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)

• • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Adaptable to change and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment

• A team player who appreciates a lighthearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
