Cleveland, Ohio, United States Summit Skilled Solutions Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring Commercial HVAC Installers for projects on the East side of Cleveland ranging from 5-moths to 1-year in duration. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of verifiable experience. **$300 sign-on bonus** 2+ years of Shop or Field Fabrication experience is preferred but NOT required. Valid driver's license, transportation and hand tools ARE required. PPE including hard hat, high-vis vest/shirt, safety glasses and work boots are required.

Commercial HVAC Responsibilities:

  • Install new Commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Builds comfort systems by installing air handlers, condensing units, package equipment, duct work, refrigerant tubing, and related components; completes high and low voltage power connections.
  • Install units per code
  • On site installation of ductwork
  • Reading mechanical prints
  • Able to work interdependently, without supervision if needed
  • In shop/field fabrication of ductwork is PREFERRED
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Commercial HVAC Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of previous commercial experience in HVAC
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams / mechanical drawings
  • 2+ years on site ductwork fabrication experience
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and hand tools for trade/skill level
  • Must have all PPE listed

Commercial HVAC Compensation/Benefits:

  • $300 sign-on bonus
  • $28-$32/hr BOE
