Escape the Clinic. Own the Outcome. Drive Innovation.
Are you a highly autonomous Nurse Practitioner with a passion for advanced wound care and lean healthcare principles? How about are you a NP who loves seeing the world outside of the office walls? We are looking for an independent clinician ready to join our innovative team, delivering expert, compassionate healing directly to patients' homes and skilled nursing facilities throughout Macomb County and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical expertise to not only transform patient lives but also to actively redefine and streamline our care delivery processes.
Why This Role Stands Out
Total Autonomy: Your office is the patient's home. You will manage your schedule and patient panel with minimal bureaucratic oversight.
Process Ownership: We value your input. Use your experience to apply Lean methodologies and directly influence workflow, documentation, and efficiency across the entire wound care program.
Unmatched Impact: Build deep, lasting relationships and witness the life-changing results of your specialized care, keeping patients healthier and out of the hospital.
Robust Support System: Work independently, but benefit from 24/7 access to our integrated clinical team and state-of-the-art digital platform for seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities (Making Your Impact)
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and diagnosis for acute and chronic wounds in mobile settings.
Execute advanced wound procedures (e.g., debridement, biopsy, specialized dressing selection).

Drive operational efficiency by documenting meticulously in the EMR and recommending workflow improvements based on lean principles.
Deliver essential patient and caregiver education on wound management and prevention.
What You Bring (Required Credentials)

Compensation & Rewards
Highly competitive salary or hourly compensation.
