Artificial Intelligence, Vice President

Key Role:
Focus on engineering and integrating Booz Allen's AI architecture to technical solutions ensuring AI solutions and products are integrated, differentiated, and technically sound. Assess Booz Allen's AI governance framework, including ethical use, security compliance, risk management, and policy alignment with federal directives and regulatory bodies. Drive enterprise AI adoption by embedding AI tools, automation, and agents into delivery workflows, project lifecycles, and internal operations, including cutting edge AI workforce enablement programs, ensuring continuous upskilling and integration of AI tools across technical, analytical, and customer-delivery teams. Champion the adoption of the AI for SDLC strategy as part of the modernization roadmap, embedding automation, AI-driven tooling, and DevSecOps practices across teams. 

  Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science 

• Experience leading large, technical teams and programs 

• Experience bringing technical solutions from concept to operations in commercial and government environments

• Experience unlocking performance by rallying and leveraging teams across the enterprise to tackle multi-disciplined mission outcomes

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Professional, AWS Certified Advanced Networking-Specialty, and AWS Certified Security-Specialty Certifications

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience developing or integrating edge solutions on AWS

• Possession of strong collaboration and technical leadership skills across multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred; Master's degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $275,000 to $445,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
