We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant data to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
  • Attend meetings and take notes to assist in project coordination.
  • Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Learn and apply industry-specific tools and software.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Primary focus will be set up/tear down logistics of our buildings.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • This is open to college students only. Must be actively working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, with hours including some nights/weekends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative, but also able to ask for direction when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to organize large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable
  • Polished and professional when dealing with members, prospective members, sponsors, and executive management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; flexible
