Job Summary

Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position providing 1:1 patient care within senior living communities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy to primarily geriatric clients with a variety of needs, including dysphagia, cognitive impairments, and neurologic conditions. The ideal candidate is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, making treatment decisions based on each patients functional abilities and goals.

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a 1:1 care setting.

  • Address dysphagia, cognitive impairments, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving deficits.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust them as needed.

  • Document patient progress accurately and timely.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

What Youll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

  • Experience with dysphagia is required; prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus.

  • Active state licensure and CCC-SLP credentials.
