Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) / PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to implement, optimize, and support Oracle's EPCM and PCMCS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' financial and project management systems. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPCM and PCMCS modules tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of client financial processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for enterprise project cost management, profitability analysis, and financial planning using Oracle cloud solutions.
  • Support clients through testing phases, troubleshoot issues promptly, and deliver comprehensive training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Assist in the development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics that offer actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay current with Oracle product updates and industry trends related to enterprise project management and financial systems to recommend innovative enhancements.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Oracle EPCM/PCMCS Consultant or in a similar enterprise financial systems role with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of project cost management, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within Oracle cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is a valuable asset that can enhance system optimization strategies.
