About Forever Hart Fit

Forever Hart Fit is a women Boutique fitness studio dedicated to helping clients move and feel better through strength training, mobility work, and now, 1-on-1 assisted stretching. We're expanding our recovery services and are seeking Certified Stretch Coaches to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Certified Assisted Stretch Coach, you will work hands-on with clients to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall recovery. Similar to the model used by StretchLab and Stretch Zone, you'll manually stretch clients through guided, individualized sessions using PNF and other proven techniques.

You'll help people move better, reduce stiffness, recover faster, and feel their best — all in a supportive, Boutique studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on assisted stretching for individual clients using proper technique and safety protocols. (Eastampton & Hamilton)
  • Guide clients through personalized flexibility and mobility sessions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and recovery.
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and safe environment for every session.
  • Track client progress and build long-term relationships to support retention.
  • Help promote stretch services to new and current members.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Stretch Certification from a nationally recognized program (e.g., National Academy of Sports Medicine SFC, StretchLab Flexologist program, Stretch Zone certification, or equivalent).
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain before start date).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and movement fundamentals is preferred.
  • A passion for helping people move and feel better.
