We are hiring caregivers to join our Bountiful team. We are looking for compassionate, professional individuals who will provide quality in-home care to seniors. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient and communicates well.

Join a new team and be a part of creating a positive, healthy atmosphere that recognizes and appreciates hard work. We are looking for reliable and consistent caregivers. You must be willing to communicate with us, by doing so we will work with and support you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Helping clients with mobility issues in and out of the house including walks, doctor's appointments, activities, etc.
  • Complete shopping for the client
  • Meal preparation and planning
  • Completing light housekeeping around the house
  • Provide supportive, uplifting companionship
  • Communicating with the team and reporting any issues to management
  • Ability to act in a quick and responsible manner during emergency situations

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in related field
  • Excellent understanding of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Good understanding of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to follow health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families
  • Good time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Ethics
  • Physical endurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Part-time - Full-time

Pay: Starting at $16- $17 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
