Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will inspire and motivate clients of all levels to achieve their health and wellness goals through engaging Mat Pilates classes. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall body awareness while fostering a positive and supportive environment. Duties

  • Lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
  • Design innovative and effective Pilates programs that incorporate principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge
  • Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate individual needs, injuries, or limitations
  • Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates in relation to overall fitness, sports coaching, yoga, dancing, or CrossFit training
  • Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and set up for classes
  • Promote a positive group fitness atmosphere that encourages motivation, participation, and community building
  • Support the health club's sales efforts by engaging with potential clients about class offerings and membership options

Skills

  • Proven experience teaching Pilates with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
  • Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs that integrate core strength, flexibility, and functional movement principles
  • Excellent teaching skills with a friendly, energetic approach that motivates participants of all levels
  • Knowledge of group fitness dynamics and the ability to foster an inclusive environment
  • Strong communication skills to clearly demonstrate exercises and provide constructive feedback
  • Passion for helping others achieve their health goals through innovative program design and dedicated instruction
