Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Junior Account Representative
to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to launch a career in sales and account management while gaining hands-on experience in client relations and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior account managers in managing client accounts and day-to-day client communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their needs are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, account information, and project updates.
  • Help prepare proposals, contracts, and client reports.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products to clients.
  • Support the tracking of sales performance, goals, and metrics.
  • Attend client meetings or events as needed to assist account manag

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
