Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Detailing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves both performing high-end automotive detailing services and advising customers on premium detailing products such as RUPES, GYEON, P&S, KOCH-CHEMIE, and more. The ideal candidate is passionate about car care, highly skilled in detailing techniques, and confident in providing expert product recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Auto Detailing:

  • Perform full-service detailing (exterior, interior, paint correction, ceramic coating, engine bay, etc.)
  • Conduct advanced services such as multi-stage paint correction using rotary and dual-action polishers (RUPES, FLEX, etc.)
  • Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings and sealants (e.g., GYEON, P&S, RUPES)
  • Evaluate vehicle condition and recommend appropriate detailing packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment

Product Sales & Customer Service:

  • Assist walk-in customers, enthusiasts, and professionals with selecting appropriate detailing products
  • Provide product education, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance for proper usage
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on detailing brands such as RUPES, P&S, GYEON, KOCH-CHEMIE, etc.
  • Upsell services and products by understanding customer needs and vehicle conditions
  • Support inventory management, stocking, and merchandising of retail products

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of premium detailing products and tools (RUPES, P&S, GYEON, KOCH-CHEMIE, etc.)
  • Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to educate and communicate product benefits clearly
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with paint thickness gauges, lighting systems, and inspection tools
  • Bilingual abilities are a bonus
