The firm finances large-scale energy efficiency, renewable energy, and industrial decarbonization solutions for Fortune 500 clients and leading manufacturers using a structured finance approach.

The team combines project finance expertise with commercial execution, structuring high-impact transactions at the intersection of clean energy, infrastructure, and capital markets. The Director of Structured Finance will gain significant deal exposure and direct access to senior leadership (CFO and Chief Commercial Officer), owning complex project underwriting, banking relationships, and capital markets execution while partnering on revenue-enabling financial structuring for every transaction.

Qualifications:


• 8-10 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or capital markets


• Background in or exposure to energy, renewables, infrastructure, or cleantech sectors strongly preferred


• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and credit analysis skills with proven deal execution track record


• Experience managing banking relationships and third-party underwriting processes


• Track record of managing multiple workstreams and thriving in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
