RE Crawford Construction LLC is a national General Contractor that specializes in commercial construction projects.

We are seeking a Construction Project Assistant to join our team You will assist construction managers with project planning and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Document, control and organize subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders and correspondence as related to each specific project
  • Ensure contract, subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders are executed and completed
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permitting and licensing on the local level
  • Create and coordinate purchase orders
  • Provide administrative support to project manager and superintendent during preconstruction, construction, and project close-out
  • ​Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be computer literate, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Prior construction experience and/or customer support/accounting a plus.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
