Data Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to design, build, and maintain data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute analytics projects, including data sourcing, cleansing, and documentation.
  • Translate complex business and membership data into actionable dashboards and insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
  • Utilize data processing platforms (e.g., Dataiku, Databricks) to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop process maps and document business requirements to support analytical initiatives.
  • Apply analytical tools and languages (SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Design and deliver data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with developers to prototype and operationalize analytic applications.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistent data management practices.
  • Conduct research to enhance understanding of new or unstructured data sources.
