Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Ambulatory Nurse who is chemo certified and possesses a BLS certification. As an essential member of the oncology team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and side effects.
- Document all patient interactions and care accurately in the medical record.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Must be chemo certified and hold a current BLS certification.
- Active nursing license required.
- Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
