Job Description:

  • As a software engineer for the Space Force MUOS Program, you'll member of a cross functional team.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a real-time embedded project.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex systems problems by analyzing both code and UML models used for code generation.

What sets you apart:

  • Experience in software engineering, with a focus on real-time embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
  • Strong understanding of UML and experience with model-based design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols.
  • Knowledge of cellular telecommunications protocols and systems (UMTS) a plus
