In-Home Sales Professional

STRG is partnering with a leading St. Louis trades contractor to hire a driven In-Home Salesperson. This role is a field-based sales position where you'll meet directly with homeowners, build trust, and present tailored solutions that improve comfort, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Run pre-scheduled in-home appointments with prospective customers
- Listen to customer needs and present customized service and equipment options
- Develop clear proposals, explain financing options, and close sales
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Accurately record customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth hand-offs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ Years of In-Home Sales Experience Strongly Preferred
- Proven track record in sales (home services or related industries preferred)
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor with ability to earn trust quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge across the trades
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
