Job Summary

The Manager/Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and service quality to ensure individuals with disabilities receive safe, person-centered, and high-quality care. This role provides leadership and support to Direct Support Specialists (DSS) and Direct Support Leads (DSL), ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Individual Service Plans (ISPs). The Manager coordinates staff training, scheduling, documentation, medical care, budgeting, crisis intervention, and communication while actively participating in direct services as needed. This position upholds the organization's mission to provide quality care, life enrichment, independence, and a family-oriented environment for individuals served.

Key Focus Areas

  • Staff supervision, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
  • Compliance, quality control, documentation, and audits
  • ISP implementation, behavior support, and outcome monitoring
  • Medical coordination, medication management, and critical care oversight
  • Budgeting, petty cash management, and financial documentation
  • Crisis intervention, emergency response, and problem resolution
  • Clear, professional communication with staff, families, medical professionals, and agencies
  • Active participation in direct support services and community involvement

This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and decision-making skills, along with hands-on involvement to ensure the safety, dignity, and growth of the individuals served.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
