About the Role

Nation Security is seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Field Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will oversee security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and service. This position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is committed to upholding operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, post orders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Site Oversight: Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure reports and logs are complete and precise.
  • Incident Management: Respond to incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and prepare detailed follow-up reports.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence through consistent leadership and role modeling.
  • Operational Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic 24/7 security environment, managing shifting priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a positive demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement
  • Valid Florida Class D and Class G licenses (armed and unarmed)
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean record and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED; additional certifications a plus
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools
  • Must pass a background check; no felony convictions
