Our team is looking for full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic crew at our store in Plymouth, MN. This Retail Sales Associate position earns a competitive starting wage of $21/hour, coupled with various benefits and parks.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF RETAIL SALES

In Retail Sales, your day centers around delivering top-notch customer service. You'll professionally welcome and assist our valued customers, adeptly identify their unique needs, and guide them toward the right tools or equipment. You handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading. Staying well informed about Acme Tools' product offerings is essential, as you will serve as the go-to expert, fielding customer inquiries, generating sales quotes, facilitating equipment purchases, and providing post-sale follow-ups. Our Retail Sales Associates also help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, actively participate in store events, and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Proven communication skills
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
