What you'll do:

• Provide subject matter expertise to the government on database infrastructure. data pipelines, and data solutions within on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable database infrastructure ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and extreme security.
• Develop, implement, and sustain automated data pipelines integrating with enterprise applications and services that support the reliable movement, transformation, synchronization, and replication of data across enterprise systems.
• Lead database engineering lifecycle teams and activities, integrating with database administrators to ensure capacity planning, performance tuning, patching, backup and recovery strategies, and infrastructure modernization efforts in alignment with the government customer objectives.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence with your knowledge and skills, and use your creativity to provide innovative solutions that fit the customer's needs.

What you'll need to succeed:

• An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
• Possess a BA/BS; Relevant experience can be substituted for education.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess a DoD 8140 DoD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) Role 624 Data Operations Specialist, 653 Data Architect, or 421 Database Administrator qualification.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.

$156,000 - $202,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• • Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
