We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers.

You are a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting. Your ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions allows you to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a passion for helping customers resolve their technical challenges. Your strong communication skills make you an essential part of our support team.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with UAV products and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of UAV technology and operational procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
