**Position Overview:**

We are seeking Customer Service Sales Representatives who will work directly with territory equipment salespeople and their customer base to promote the sales of maintenance contracts, parts, service, rentals, and account maintenance. This role involves direct customer contact, including sales negotiations, quote presentations, credit information collection, and business development.

The representative will be responsible for continuing business development within their assigned territory and will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding all product support.

**Qualifications:**

Must have:

  • A passion for winning and problem-solving

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

  • A "hunter" mentality for pursuing new business while addressing existing customer needs

  • Professionalism in interactions with teammates and customers

  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey product knowledge effectively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Business Software (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
