This internship will take place onsite in Duluth, MN from May 2026 through August 2026.

Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.

The Client Technologies Intern is responsible for supporting the ongoing Information Technology needs of all Cirrus employees. The position provides guidance for all aspects of end-user computing. The position has superior troubleshooting capabilities, and outstanding customer service and support skills. This position builds, customizes, tests, implements, maintains and/or enhances a variety of hardware and software systems. The Information Center Help Desk is a dynamic environment which offers exposure to many technologies across all Cirrus Aircraft business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Demonstrated Proficiencies/Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiar with computer operating systems and applications.
  • Great interpersonal skills to promote excellent service with customers and excellent teamwork with co-workers.
  • Open minded listening skills; able to restate a customer or teammate's issue to their satisfaction, and as open to persuasion as they are ready to persuade.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills; able to explain complex concepts in terms and conditions familiar to customers and teammates of all ranks.
  • Good analytical skills; able to reverse engineer requirements when a customer or teammate presents a problem in the form of a solution design.
