Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on health, healing, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, along with excellent patient service skills. Prior spa experience is a plus. The position involves delivering customized treatments such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.

pay is 22.00 per hour , plus commissions on upgrades and tips , our location is brand new in Downtown Miami

Duties

  • Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with occupational health standards
  • Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advances in physiology and anatomy knowledge

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist
  • Strong understanding of patient service principles and customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
  • Skilled in delivering various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy
  • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Prior experience working in a spa
