Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and drive the planning and execution of various events that engage and excite our audience. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences through meticulous planning and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging event concepts according to budgetary and client requirements
  • Coordinate logistics for various events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs
  • Generate and manage event timelines and budgets to ensure all aspects are executed on schedule
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop promotional materials and manage event marketing strategies
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably 3+ years
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
