Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
- Lead internal and support external quality audits (e.g., ISO, customer).
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and customer requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
