Behavior Technician

Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Compensation:
$40,000
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Track and record data on each child's progress using our electronic system.
- Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Active, hands-on approach to work — you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
- Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
