About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or marketing analytics platforms.

In this role, you'll define how Newton Research's products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market within the advertising and marketing technology landscape. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to connect our technical innovations to real-world marketer needs — translating AI-powered capabilities into compelling stories for agencies, brands, and platforms.

You'll own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new launches, drive thought leadership, and ensure that Newton Research's value is clearly understood across the marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and data-driven marketing solutions.Craft positioning and messaging that speaks to advertisers, agencies, publishers, and platforms.Partner with Product and Sales teams to identify customer needs and define differentiated value propositions.Produce sales enablement and field marketing materials — product one-pagers, decks, case studies, FAQs, and demos — that equip teams to win in the AdTech/MarTech market.Lead competitive and market analysis focused on marketing analytics, measurement, attribution, and AI-powered tools.Build thought leadership content demonstrating how Newton's AI agents are transforming campaign analytics and optimization.Collaborate with demand generation and comms teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with product narratives.Serve as a voice of the market, gathering insights from customers, partners, and industry events to influence roadmap and messaging.Present performance metrics and market insights to company leadership.Qualifications5–7 years of product marketing experience in AdTech, MarTech, or marketing analytics.Proven success launching and positioning technical products for marketers, agencies, or media companies.Deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem — campaign measurement, attribution, optimization, and data platforms.Ability to translate complex technology (AI, LLMs, analytics) into clear, value-driven narratives for non-technical audiences.Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Engineering.Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and content.Analytical mindset with comfort using performance data and market insights to guide strategy.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Preferred Skills
Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation in the marketing technology space.Familiarity with DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, MMPs, or media measurement platforms.Experience marketing to or working within agencies, publishers, or brand marketing teams.Proven ability to deliver go-to-market programs for enterprise or platform integrations.Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting as priorities evolve.Benefits
