We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: WLF Employee Market Cafe Associate

Job Summary: The WLF Roost Employee Market Cafe Associate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the WLF Roost Employee Market Cafe . The Roost Associate will provide fast, friendly and accurate service for our team members.

Compensation details: Minimum $14 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide fast friendly and accurate check out services for West Liberty Foods team members using a computerized cash register system.
• Keep grab and go case stocked.
• Preparing food and drinks.
• Promote weekly ad specials.
• Price and label product correctly.
• Load and unload product.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Rotate product dates.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Make sure food prep is completed in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with possible overtime on occasion for weekend coverage at the WLF Market.
• Must be able to read and write English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with inventory control is a plus.
• Previous retail experience a preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Computer experience is required. Experience with Google Suite a plus.
• Must practice good personal hygiene.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
