Role: GenAI Lead/ Architect

Location: Dallas TX (TX (Prefer local to Dallas, else candidate must
travel to Dallas to meet customers once in 2-3 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of GenAI-powered features and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable products.
  • Architect and develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI.
  • Implement push notification systems using OneSignal for real-time user engagement.
  • Integrate speech interfaces using ChatGPT-4o mini and ElevenLabs for seamless voice interactions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in software development, with at least 3 years in GenAI or related AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong experience with:
  • OpenAI APIs
    and
    LangGraph
    for building intelligent agents.
  • Agentic workflows
    and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Push Notifications
    using
    OneSignal
    or similar platforms.
  • Speech-to-Text
    and
    Text-to-Speech
    technologies, especially
    ChatGPT-4o mini
    and
    ElevenLabs
    .
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product development with GenAI integration.
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
