Join our team as a Leasing Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in training and managing a dedicated team of Leasing Specialists. You'll ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and that our company's leasing metrics are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities and assignments of the leasing team, ensuring focus on priority tasks and prompt response to customer calls.
- Serve as a versatile resource, stepping in to assist the team with sales and application calls/emails as needed.
- Offer guidance and support to the team on approval questions and other escalated customer issues, acting as the liaison between the field, property management, underwriting, and lease writing.
- Continually monitor performance, provide training, and coach specialists. Review key business metrics including conversion ratios, lead to lease speed, lease volume, call times, available times, and quality assurance reviews.
- Analyze and provide feedback on team schedules and work hours.
- Facilitate initial training and onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
- Support the department by assisting with special projects, including ad hoc outbound campaigns and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in a related background, with leadership roles is required.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably managing direct reports in a call center environment is preferred.
- Real Estate license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizing skills.
- Strong leadership, employee development, appraisal, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $55,650.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.Additional Compensation
This position is eligible to receive monthly bonus payments.Perks and Benefits

The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
