In-House Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Latitude is seeking a San Francisco/Bay Area based paralegal or legal assistant with 2+ years in-house experience supporting litigation and/or regulatory teams at a technology company with operational related support for a full-time contract role at a San Francisco-based technology company. Successful candidates must excel at working in a high energy environment with great attention to detail and have a proactive and collaborative style. This is a full-time hybrid role with three days per week in San Francisco.

Requirements For The In-House Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Hybrid-San Francisco)

• 2+ years of in-house experience supporting litigation and/or regulatory teams at technology companies
• Strong work ethic and responsiveness, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
• Highly professional, detail-oriented, diligent, and collaborative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate are strongly preferred
• Outstanding professional references required

Position Details For In-House Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Hybrid-San Francisco)

• Type of role: Engagement (Contract)
• Schedule: 40+ hours per week (no specific end date for the opportunity)
• Location: Hybrid (in San Francisco office 3 times per week)

Compensation
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.

Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
