Client Services Coordinator
Location: REMOTE
Position Type: Contract
Pay: Up to 27 dollars per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our client, a global pharmaceutical company. This role is instrumental in supporting daily business activities and coordinating efforts across multiple departments to ensure seamless client experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Act as the primary coordinator for assigned customer accounts, ensuring
accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
Quote and Order Management:
Prepare and manage customer quotes for Business Development Executives. Create and submit orders using SAP (ERP) and internal MBS systems. Coordinate the sales process through Salesforce Service Cloud.
Operations Liaison:
Collaborate with Operations teams to confirm product availability and order fulfillment.
Data Management:
Manage master data tickets, purchase orders, and order acknowledgments for assigned accounts.
Follow-Up and Reporting:
Track purchase orders and communicate with customers regarding open balances. Generate donor and inventory reports to support specific client requests.
Customer Communication:
Handle customer and distributor calls, triaging requests to ensure quick resolution. Build strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Team Collaboration:
Participate in team calls and cross-functional meetings to support business operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Maintain and refine departmental procedures for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience supporting Sales team activities.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is required.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
Other Requirements:
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data interpretation.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize routine and non-routine tasks.
Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and the ability to set up standard office equipment for remote work when applicable.
