JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic technology initiatives across the organization, with a focus on infrastructure improvement projects, IT governance, security, office rollouts, and country expansion programs. This position requires a strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs that align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Working closely with teams from the parent company under a shared services model, the Senior Program Manager will ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across global and regional stakeholders. The role involves partnering with engineering, infrastructure deskside support, network, and cloud teams to deliver joint initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities. This includes overseeing program governance, risk management, and reporting to provide transparency and accountability at all levels. The Senior Program Manager will also serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans that drive value for the organization.
Essential Job Duties
- Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and technology programs from initiation through delivery.
- Oversee IT governance processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive security-related initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office rollout projects and support country expansion efforts, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure deskside, network, and cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Monitor and report on program and project performance, including key metrics and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Implement best practices for program and project management, including documentation and reporting standards.
- Support budgeting and financial tracking for assigned programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
Skills, Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or infrastructure domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
