Manager, Investor Relations

Our client, a $5bn+ alternative asset manager in Midtown, Manhattan, is looking for an experienced professional to join their Investor Relations team.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ yrs. of financial services experience and play a critical role in the fund's efforts to engage with potential investors.

You will...

  • Supporting business development and client service initiatives
  • Planning and organizing roadshows; coordinating conference participation, including outreach and meeting scheduling
  • Execute due diligence processes, RFP's, and RFI's for prospective investors
  • Prepare all external communication materials
  • Develop marketing materials and pitch books, including new strategic content opportunities
  • Manage CRM pipeline of current and prospective investors
  • Analyze fund performance and portfolio metrics

Qualifications:

  • 6+ yrs. of relevant work experience, preferably in IR/Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing standards and regulatory requirements for UCITS, 40 Act Funds, and private funds
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree
