Salary: $60k - $85k

Position Summary

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for assisting in the efficient and accurate handling of materials, inventory, and shipments within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are received, stored, and distributed according to company standards, supporting smooth operations and timely fulfillment of internal and external orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Assist in maintaining accurate bi-monthly inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and material labeling.
• Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Certified forklift operator (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
