Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Handyman / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance, and takes pride in doing quality work. You'll assist with a variety of projects ranging from light carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring to exterior work such as decking, fencing, and some landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential remodels and repairs (interior & exterior)
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and minor plumbing or electrical tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Help load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with the owner, team, and customers
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, maintenance, or similar trades
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools (company tools provided for larger work)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments
• Positive attitude and commitment to showing up on time

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with framing, trim carpentry, tile, or decking
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices
• Ability to work independently on small repairs

Compensation:

• $30–$60/hour DOE
• Consistent year-round work in the Gig Harbor area
