Portable/Pick & Ship/PNC Specialist

Downing Displays is a leader in the trade show industry and is seeking a Portable/Pick & Ship/PNC Specialist to support our Production Team.

Job Description

· Attend weekly production meetings and provide updates.

· Setup portable displays according to assembly instructions.

· Attach graphics, monitors, and client products as necessary.

· Photograph displays for ExhibitForce as necessary.

· Pull all display components for shipment per order.

· Check PNC tags to make sure the display is ready for shipment.

· Create a packing list and shipping form.

· Print order and pick list from Syteline and complete once packed.

· Send pick list and ship list to shipping.

· Pull and check displays when upon return.

· Complete pull and check report and notate any damage.

· Photograph any damaged items and notify the Account Managers and Account Executives.

· Tag and put back in storage.

· Fill out labor tickets before lunch and end of day.

· Clean shop around workstation.

Skills & Qualifications

· Proficiency in pre-assembling exhibit components to ensure all parts fit together properly.

· Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.

· Proficiency in pre-assembling exhibit components to ensure all parts fit together properly.

· Proficiency with portable exhibit systems (on the job training will be provided).

· Forklift Certification (provided by Downing).

· Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ lbs) and stand for extended periods of time.

· Comfort working under tight deadlines and in high-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00+ per hour depending on experience
