Job Description

The Workload & Data Support Analyst plays a key role in consolidating, validating, and analyzing workload data from multiple sources — including project evaluation, planning, and functional teams — to support accurate forecasting and capacity planning for current and future years.

This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to data integrity, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional counterparts. The analyst will also help streamline data preparation, propose automation solutions, and present insights through clear, visual reports and dashboards that enable informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, integrate, and validate workload data from multiple sources (project evaluation, planning, and functions) to simulate current and forecasted workloads.

  • Clean, structure, and summarize complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with functional and planning managers to collect allocation committee inputs, communicate timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.

  • Partner with regional counterparts to consolidate North America workload data and analyze needs versus budget allocations.

  • Propose and implement data management and automation solutions to improve data preparation and handle dynamic inputs efficiently.

  • Develop and maintain visual dashboards and presentations using MS Office, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).

  • Ensure data transparency and maintain high standards of data integrity across all deliverables.

  • Support process improvement initiatives through proactive identification of reporting and analysis efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in workload/data management or analytics roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA/macros) and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to create clear, visual, and impactful reports and presentations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

  • Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
