Position Overview: Field Marketing Manager

As a Field Marketing Manager at Grapevine Pro, you won't sit behind a desk. You'll be in the field with your team, helping homeowners understand the value of high-quality roofing and exterior upgrades while coaching your reps to succeed. This role blends hands-on leadership with personal production, making you a leader who sets the pace, not one who watches from the sidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers
  • Run daily team huddles, morning meetings, and weekly performance reviews
  • Lead in-field training, shadow days, and development sessions
  • Drive consistent personal production—knocking doors, setting appointments, and demonstrating how it's done
  • Track performance KPIs and communicate results to regional leadership
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, enforce territory rules, and ensure lead quality

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Team Override Commissions – uncapped
  • Personal Production Commissions – same structure as top reps
  • Typical Earnings: $100K–$150K+ depending on performance
  • Rapid advancement as Grapevine Pro continues its multi-region expansion
