Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Child Care Teachers to join our team at multiple locations. As a valued member of our educational community, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with established early childhood curriculum standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and active participation.
  • Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians.
  • Apply behavior management strategies that support emotional regulation and positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of care and a cohesive educational experience.
  • Provide individualized support for children with diverse learning needs, including those with behavioral challenges.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment that meets health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with families about their child's milestones, achievements, and needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
  • Prior experience in a childcare or early education setting.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards and/or experience with ITERS is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and behavior guidance techniques is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.
