Vertex Automotive is seeking a skilled Porsche Technician to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting Porsche vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. The role requires expertise in both classic and contemporary Porsche models, with a focus on delivering high-quality repairs and upgrades with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis and Repair: Independently inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot various systems in Porsche vehicles, including hydraulics, electrical, and fuel injection systems. Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements. Install upgrades and modifications on Porsche vehicles, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
  • Tool Management: Bring and maintain a personal toolbox equipped with necessary tools for the role.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and management to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing Porsche vehicles, with a strong knowledge of both classic and modern models. Familiarity with newer Porsche generations is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: At least 5-years of experience working on Porsche 911, Cayman, Boxster, Cayenne, Macan and other models.
  • Work Schedule: Available to work full-time, 8 hours a day.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Vertex Automotive has been servicing the South Florida Porsche Community for more than 40 years providing quality repairs, service and upgrades for all Porsche models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
