Procurement / Finance Process Project Manager -
Hybrid or Remote (East Coast Hours)

Our client, a growing organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a senior-level consultant to support cross-functional process improvement initiatives across Procurement and Finance. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate key projects focused on optimizing Procurement and Finance processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions
  • Drive alignment between Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to enhance visibility and compliance
  • Support system and workflow enhancements, documentation, and process governance
  • Provide project management support for initiatives sponsored by the CFO and Procurement leadership

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or Project Management roles
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Insights, Coupa, etc.) preferred
