Position Overview:

We're looking for outgoing and reliable individuals to join our team as Bus Rider Survey Representatives. In this short-term project, you'll ride designated bus routes and distribute passenger surveys to collect valuable rider feedback. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with the public, works well independently, and is comfortable in a mobile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ride assigned bus routes and hand out surveys to passengers
  • Politely encourage riders to complete surveys and answer questions
  • Ensure accurate collection and organization of completed surveys
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the project in a positive manner
  • Follow project guidelines and meet daily targets

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable working independently on public transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience in customer service, data collection, or public outreach is a plus (not required)

What We Offer:

  • $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling during the 4-day project period
  • Opportunity to gain field research and outreach experience
