We're a rapidly growing civil litigation law firm in Delray Beach, FL, and we're seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll work on case management, draft various legal documents, and provide comprehensive litigation support to our managing partner and associate attorneys.

Our office thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with at least 5 years of experience. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute to our firm's continued growth and embrace a challenging yet rewarding role. Litigation experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain and track deadlines.
  • Manage calendaring and scheduling.
  • Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
  • Assist with discovery, including document review and production.
  • Prepare for depositions and support trial preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  • Utilize and maintain case management software.
  • Handle new client intake and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of court rules and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $100,000.00 per year
